I’m going to talk to you about a pet hate of mine: I hate when the synopsis of a book will tell me that I’ll feel a certain way when I finish the book, or I’ll be flabbergasted with a twist the turns up in the middle of the book or, for example with Toby’s Room, when I was promised I'd be left gobsmacked. However, as much as I hate to admit it, I did feel this way. I can’t go into spoilers of what happened in Toby’s Room to make me feel this way, but the surprise turn of events at the end of the book left me wanting more.
